Silver & Copper Pendant Workshop

We had such a good time doing the ring stacking workshop! I really can't praise Shelley's tuition and kindness enough. We went for a special occasion and Shelley really made me feel special 🥰. The rings we made are amazing and I'm still shocked at what we achieved. All, of course, down to Shelley. We also got to keep our practice ring made in copper which I thought was a lovely touch. Honestly this is such good value for money and a unique way to spend time with family or friends or just for you ❤️

What a great session this was! The three of us came with vague ideas of what we might want to create, and it was a little daunting to be faced with a square of metal and an array of tools but Shelley was fab, talked us through everything, demonstrated everything carefully, then we were each hands on supported step by step from drawing our designs, through cutting, soldering, pickling and polishing. First with a practice version in copper to get a feel for everything, then on to silver. We came away with professional looking jewellery that we all agreed we would buy in a shop. We are amazed at what we produced ! And what a great teacher Shelley is, really lovely and very patient, giving lots of advice and guidance to ensure we got the best result. A really fab afternoon 😁

This was such a lovely birthday treat - making my own silver dangly earrings. Shelley was a great teacher. She demonstrated every stage of the process clearly and let us experiment until we were happy with the end result. Really pleased with the earrings I made. I would definitely recommend this as a fun creative activity.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at a hammered silver ring workshop run by Shelley. It was fascinating learning how to size, cut and turn a simple piece of silver wire into something so stunning that I can actually wear. The fact that we made them ourselves makes it even more special.

A super evening with Shelley making a hammered silver ring. Who knew it was even possible to achieve your own made to measure ring in just one evening. Infact you make 2, a copper trial ring first. Shelley is super informative snd helpful, clear hands on demonstrating plus there to help to rectify if things don’t go quite to plan. Her workshop is set up and kitted out with all you need (plus tea, coffee & cake 😉). Shelley is fun, very approachable & helpful; chatter flows whilst you create. A great experience, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve used Shelley’s services twice now. The first time I had some silver earrings where I had lost the little stars that hang from them and asked her to make me tiny starfish replacements, which are not only beautiful, they are totally unique and I love them. More recently, my son wanted a copper open bangle. Shelley listen to exactly what he wanted and he is over the moon with it. Highly recommend Shelley for a truly personal service :)

What an absolute treat! Shelley ran this workshop as a 50th birthday event for me and my friends. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Shelley is such a great teacher - knowledgeable, patient, kind, and we had so much fun. She is so well prepared thought of absolutely everything - providing us with an information pack, notepad and pencil, refreshments... even a beautiful box to take our rings home in. I would wholeheartedly recommend this workshop: whether you are attending as an individual or bringing the whole group. I am so thrilled with my ring and will treasure it, and the memories I made with my friends forever. Thank you Shelley.
