Processing & Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days (often same-day for morning orders) in letterbox-friendly packaging, using Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no extra cost to you.

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Usually 2-3 business days. Included with all orders at no additional charge.

  • Optional Upgraded Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery): Usually 1-2 business days, with an additional fee applied at checkout.

For any custom-made orders, delivery times will vary depending on the item and can range from 1-3 weeks—this will be confirmed directly with you at the time of purchase.

Orders are always dispatched as quickly as possible. Any optional shipping upgrades chosen at checkout will provide higher priority and improved tracking but won’t speed up processing times.

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, and exact dates cannot be guaranteed once items are posted. Please note that Royal Mail delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

All items will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your order is a gift and you'd like it delivered directly to the recipient, I’m more than happy to arrange that—just ensure the correct name and address are supplied.

Shipping to the EU & Northern Ireland

Due to GSPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations, I am no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but I can still assist with orders to other locations outside the UK. For any other international orders, please get in touch with me at support@idedesigns.co.uk to discuss available options.

If your item doesn’t require a hallmark or you’re in a country that accepts UK or CCR Hallmarks, shipping can be arranged via an international carrier with tracking available. Please note, there’s an admin charge of £50 for international shipments outside the UK.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order or the number of items you’ve purchased.
