Return Policy

I take great pride in everything I create, and customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If there’s ever a problem with your order, please get in touch straight away at support@idedesigns.co.uk, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your online purchase or feel that something isn’t quite as expected, I’m more than happy to accept returns.

You can return item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds do not apply to:

a) Personalised items

b) Bespoke, made-to-order, or specially altered pieces

c) Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty, for hygiene reasons)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Returns Procedure

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation via email. To start a return, please contact support@idedesigns.co.uk before sending any items back.

Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For peace of mind, I strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting and using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked services, as I cannot be responsible for returned items until they reach me.

I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, so proof of postage may be needed if you need to make a claim with Royal Mail or another courier.

Please note that postage or courier fees for returning unwanted items will not be refunded.

Once I receive the returned item, a refund will be issued promptly.
