Join me for a small, relaxed and friendly jewellery‑making session at Orla James Jewellery in Broadwater, Worthing. I’ll guide you step‑by‑step through creating your own Adjustable Silver Ring, expect grubby hands, plenty of creativity, and of course tea, coffee and cakes.
Adjustable rings are a great option if you experience arthritis or swollen knuckles, as they allow you to comfortably wear your ring on different fingers. You’ll have a choice of metal thicknesses so you can create a style that suits you, and you can choose your finish, textured, hammered or a classic polished band.
You’ll be working in a fully equipped workshop, and every session is beginner‑friendly. I’m always on hand to help with any part of the process, so you can confidently leave with a beautiful piece of jewellery you’ve made yourself.
A full itinerary will be emailed to you before your workshop. Sessions typically run for around 3–4 hours.
Please note:
There are a maximum of 4-5 places available per booking, and we require a minimum of 2 places to be booked for a workshop to run. If only a single place is booked for a session, we may need to reschedule or offer you an alternative date where more participants are booked in.
All materials are provided, and you’ll receive the silver and fixings needed for your project.
Minimum age for workshop attendees is 16 years.

We visited a craft fair while we were in Arundel last Saturday. Walking through the garden the first stall to catch my eye was Shelley’s Jewellery and the amazing pieces that were shown and only realised they were handmade by Shelley after talking to her. I brought a beautiful Tanzanite ring which matched my engagement one. It is very worth a visit to her shop as she has lots of beautiful things to look at.
